Prohibited activities

You may not use Cloudjiffy to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate a mail relay open to the public.
  • Host malware, phishing sites, or content that defrauds users.
  • Run port scans, vulnerability scans, or penetration tests against third parties without authorization.
  • Run DDoS or other denial-of-service attacks of any kind.
  • Host content that is illegal in India, the EU, or the United States.
  • Host child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — accounts are terminated and reported to authorities immediately.
  • Mine cryptocurrencies on shared infrastructure, except by explicit written agreement.
  • Resell raw Cloudjiffy capacity as a competing PaaS, except through our authorized reseller program.

Enforcement

Suspected violations are investigated by the Cloudjiffy abuse team. Confirmed violations may result in content takedown, environment suspension, or account termination — at our discretion and without refund of unused prepaid balances obtained in violation of this policy.
