Service Level Agreement

This SLA covers production environments on the Cloudjiffy platform operated by Leapswitch Networks Pvt. Ltd. Free-trial environments and unpaid accounts are not covered.

Uptime commitment

Cloudjiffy commits to 99.99% monthly uptime for production-tier environments, measured at the platform load balancer. Scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 7 days in advance are excluded from the calculation.

Exclusions

  • Outages caused by customer code, misconfiguration, or third-party integrations.
  • Outages caused by force majeure events outside Cloudjiffy's reasonable control.
  • Pre-announced maintenance windows.

Claiming credits

Email support@cloudjiffy.com within 30 days of the incident with the affected environment ID and timestamps. Approved credits are applied to your next invoice.
