These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cloudjiffy services provided by Leapswitch Networks Pvt. Ltd. ("Cloudjiffy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable use
Use of Cloudjiffy is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Activities that violate that policy may result in suspension or termination.
3. Billing
Cloudjiffy bills hourly for cloudlets and resources actually used during each billing period. Plans, prepaid balances and add-ons are billed as described at the time of purchase. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension after the grace period set out in your invoice.
4. Service levels
Production-tier customers are covered by our Service Level Agreement. Free-trial environments are provided as-is without SLA.
5. Data ownership
You retain all rights to data you upload to Cloudjiffy. We process your data only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or where required by law.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudjiffy's aggregate liability arising under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Cloudjiffy in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
