Information we collect
- Account data: name, work email, organization, billing address, phone number.
- Billing data: payment method tokens stored with our PCI-compliant payment processor (we do not store card numbers).
- Usage data: environment activity, API requests, audit log entries.
- Support data: tickets, chat transcripts, and any data you share with our support team.
- Cookies / analytics: first-party cookies for session state, plus aggregated analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the Cloudjiffy platform.
- To bill you and prevent fraudulent use.
- To respond to support requests.
- To send service-related announcements (not marketing — separate opt-in).
- To comply with legal obligations.
Data location
Account, billing and audit data is stored in India. Workload data lives in the region you provisioned (Pune, Frankfurt, or Los Angeles) and is not replicated across regions without your action.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data from the Cloudjiffy dashboard or by emailing privacy@cloudjiffy.com. For EU residents under GDPR, the relevant supervisory authority is your local data protection authority; we also respond directly to data subject requests within 30 days.
